Every earned code expires in 75 days. Distribute fast or lose them — the community stays moving.
Sensei Program
Mentor a new user through their first month. If they convert, you earn three access codes.
Conviction Circles
Ten users collaborate on a high-score signal's due diligence within 48 hours. All ten earn codes.
Daily Streak
Seven consecutive logins unlocks the Alpha Chest — variable reward, real codes or free time.
The Sensei Program
Mentor a Padawan. Earn more codes.
Pair with a newly-onboarded user. Walk them through their first watchlist, their first signal, their first confirmed print. When they convert and retain, you earn.
The Sensei Program is the highest-value path to earning codes outside of direct referrals — and it produces sharper community members in the process.

Conviction Circles
Ten minds. One signal. 48 hours.
When a high C-Score signal fires, any ten Operators can form a Circle to collaboratively produce a full Due Diligence write-up within 48 hours. If approved, all ten earn an access code.

Code Decay
Why 75 days, not 30 or forever.
Earned codes expire 75 days after issue. Not 30 (too short — people earn codes faster than they can thoughtfully distribute). Not forever (codes pile up; the scarcity that makes them desirable evaporates).
75 days is the sweet spot we landed on after modeling four expiry windows against expected user behavior. Long enough to vet candidates. Short enough to keep the community moving.
